• M.Y. SAN MANUFACTURING FACILITY

This major project by Monde M.Y. San Corporation is located in Calmelray Industrial Park II at Calamba City, Laguna. Work includes the construction of a three (3)-storey office building and a biscuit manufacturing plant with a total floor area of 62,665 square meters. 

Other work includes construction of perimeter road, parking area, truck scale, equipment foundation, perimeter fence, gate, earthwork, cast in place concrete structure, structural steel roof frame, long span roofing with insulation, drywall partitions and various architectural finishing works.

• Help for Catubig Agricultural Advancement Project (HCAAP).

A flagship project of the Philippine Government under the auspices of the Department of Public Works and Highways. The project is financed by Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and involves the following major items of work:

• Construction of a new ten-kilometer Catubig-Las Navas Road including a new opening two-kilometer long detour road on a mountainous area
• Rehab/improvement of the existing Junction Rawis to Catubig 19-km long concrete road
• Construction of a new 122 lm Las Navas PSCG Bridge to span across the Catubig River
• Construction of two new ferry rack landing at strategic areas at Catubig and Las Navas
